About TVServer
Q: Norton Anti Virus shows warning message "Malicious script detected" continuously when client computer access to the TVServer if TVServer's web server function is used.
A: This problem is caused by Malicious Norton Anti Virus's mis-judgment. TVServer never execute "Malicious" script. When TVServer's web server function receives requests from client PC, the web server function will generate web pages dynamically depending on the situation of the TVServer. To do this, the web server function executes Server Side Script which is contained in HTML files. Norton Anti Virus detects this Server Side Script execution.
To solve this problem, please disable "Script Blocking (recommended)" function of Norton Anti Virus. This may not cause known virus infection, however, we StarStoneSoftware Development Inc. cannot guarantee it. Please contact to Symantec for further information.
